For første gang i historien har et helt lydspor fra et spill blitt nominert til en Grammy, siden den startet i 1959. Æren gikk til Austin Wintory som komponerte lydsporet i Journey.
Den ble nominert i kategorien «Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media». Hvor han konkurrerer den mot The Adventures of Tintin – The Secret of the Unicorn, The Artist, The Dark Knight Rises, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo og Hugo.
